The Bremerton market took a break this week as sales fell to 61 homes sold over the last 30 days. However, the number of homes under contract shows a solid upward trend, and is now at 106. While contracts suggested otherwise, months of inventory is on a four-week upswing, this week hitting two months. In spite of the decrease in sales, the lack of inventory signals that Bremerton is still a solid seller's market.
