The number of home sales in the Kitsap County market rose 3.8% to 415 homes over the last 30 days. Within the same time period, King County had 3,161 sales, the most of all counties in the area. Potential buyers should note that prices are coming down in Kitsap County, and for this period the median sales price slid from $291,000 to $289,000.
