The Kitsap County market was solid this week as sales reached 394 homes sold over the last 30 days. In comparison, nearby King County had 3,121 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighboring counties. Months of inventory continued a steady rise, trending upwards for four weeks to reach two months. With inventory so low and sales rising, Kitsap County is a strong seller's market.
